Zapier Integration Help

Setting up the Zapier integration with DripJobs or PaintScout? Follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Blue Collar Pro dashboard and go to Settings → CRM Connection.
  2. Select your CRM (DripJobs or PaintScout) and copy the Webhook URL shown.
  3. In Zapier, create a new Zap with your CRM as the trigger (e.g., "New Lead Created" in DripJobs).
  4. Add a Blue Collar Pro action and paste your Webhook URL when prompted for authentication.
  5. Map the fields and turn on your Zap.

Repeat for each event you want to track: New Lead, Estimate Scheduled, Job Booked, and Job Completed.

Common Issues

My Webhook URL is not accepting connections

Make sure the URL starts with https:// and includes your client_id and secret query parameters. Copy it directly from Settings to avoid typos.

Data isn't showing up on my dashboard

Check that your Zap is turned on and that the "Test" step in Zapier completed successfully. You can also use the "Test Connection" button in Settings to verify.

Meta Ads aren't connecting

Go to Settings → Meta Ads Connection and reconnect. Make sure the Facebook account you log in with has admin access to the Meta Business Manager and the ad account you want to track.
