Blue Collar Pro ("BCP", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website bluecollarpro.org and provides marketing analytics software for contractor businesses and marketing agencies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
When you register, we collect your email address and organization name. We use this to create and manage your account.
To provide marketing attribution, BCP receives data from your CRM (such as DripJobs, PaintScout, or ServiceTitan) via Zapier or direct integration. This data may include customer names, contact information, job details, and revenue figures. This data is used solely to calculate your marketing performance metrics and is never sold or shared with third parties.
When you connect your Meta Ads account, we access your ad spend and campaign performance data via the Meta Marketing API. This data is used to calculate metrics such as Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Job Booked, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). We request only the minimum permissions required ("ads_read").
We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. This information is used for security and to improve the service.
Your data is stored in Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II certified cloud database provider. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following sub-processors to operate the service:
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 30 days upon request. CRM pipeline data and ad metrics are retained for up to 2 years to support historical reporting.

We use cookies solely for authentication (session management). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Blue Collar Pro is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
